SAINT FRANCOIS COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Marcus Doyle Wallace, of Farmington, Missouri, has been identified as the victim in a Friday afternoon motorcycle crash in Saint Francois County.
Wallace, 64, was killed in a single-motorcycle crash near Park Hills on Saturday afternoon.
According to reports, Wallace was operating a Harley Davidson Softail in the 3200 block of Pimville Rd in Pine Hills, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 4:40 p.m. Friday. The bike then entered a culvert before coming into contact with a fence and a utility pole.
Wallace was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.

According to social media, Wallace was a postal worker.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
