LAFOURCHE PARISH, LA. (THECOUNT) — Kobi Simoneaux of Cut Off, Louisiana, has been identified as the victim in a single-vehicle pickup truck crash in Lafourche Parish Thursday afternoon.
Simoneaux, 18, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Cut Off Thursday afternoon.
According to Louisiana State Troopers, Simoneaux was operating a Ford F-150 pickup truck on LA-308, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 3:30 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle then came into contact with a grouping of trees.
Simoneaux was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Simoneaux’s final Facebook post depicted a cartoon of him laying in a coffin. The post was captioned, “What would your friends say at your funeral?”
