PLAIN DEALING, AL. (THECOUNT) — Adam Charles Kennedy of Hamburg, Arkansas, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Thursday night semi-tractor crash in Webster Parish, Louisiana.
Kennedy, 40, was killed in an 18-wheeler crash near Plain Dealing, Louisiana Thursday night.
According to reports, Kennedy was operating a Freightliner semi-truck on LA-159 near Highway 2, when the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 8:20 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle then entered a culvert before making contact with a substantial tree.
Kennedy was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
