MACON COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — Jameela Cunningham, of Decatur, Illinois, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Monday night vehicle crash in Macon County.
Cunningham, 27, was killed in a Monday night two-vehicle crash near Decatur.
According to reports, Cunningham was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on North Jasper Street near East Condit Street in Decatur, when the vehicle collided with another vehicle in the intersection around 9:30 p.m. Monday.
Four other individuals were transported to area hospitals with unknown injuries.
Cunningham was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt trauma.
This crash remains under investigation.
