ATASCOSA COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Hector Osorio, the San Antonio cardiologist accused of killing a 21-year-old Christopher Farias Jr., while driving drunk on interstate 37 in April, was found dead over the weekend.
Osorio, 60, was facing an Intoxication Manslaughter charge after he struck and killed Farias Jr. while driving the wrong way on Interstate 37.
According to the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, Osorio was found deceased of an apparent suicide in Atascosa County.
Osorio worked at the Cardiology Clinic of San Antonio.
