SHELBY COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Gabriel Adams and Tiffany Draper have been identified as the victims in a double-fatal crash in Shelby County, Tennessee early Wednesday morning.
Adams, 23, and Draper, 34, were both killed in a head-on crash in Memphis early Wednesday morning.
According to Memphis Police, Adams was operating a vehicle on E McLemore Ave near S 3rd St, in Memphis, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes around 12:45 a.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then came into head-on contact with a vehicle operated by Draper.
A third unidentified person was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
Adams and Draper were pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
