BERKS COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Christina Blackburn, of Boyertown, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the homicide victim in a Thursday fatal stabbing in Berks County.
Blackburn, 24, was fatally stabbed in the neck Thursday morning by Boyertown man, Austin Miller, during an apparent argument.
Miller, 23, is accused of fatally stabbing Blackburn Thursday at a residence located at, 223 N Reading Ave, in Boyertown.
According to police, the pair were engaged in an argument when Blackburn retrieve a knife, at some point, Miller gained control of the knife and stabbed Blackburn in the neck.
Blackburn was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead stab wounds.
Miller is facing charges of homicide, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
