NORWICH, CT. (THECOUNT) — Joshua Prince of Montville Center, Connecticut, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Norwich Tuesday evening.
“Princess” Prince, 23, was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on I-395 in Norwich on Tuesday night.
According to reports, Prince was operating a vehicle I-395 in Norwich, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 6 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then entered a culvert before coming into contact with a metal reflector post and rolling over into a bridge abutment.
Prince came back onto the roadway across the left lane, overcorrected and veered back into the median, reports WFSB.
Prince was pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
