HARRISONVILLE, MO. (THECOUNT) — A man has barricaded himself inside the Hendersonville, Missouri QuikTrip Sunday evening.
The store is located at the intersection of Missouri Highway 291 and Commercial Street in Hendersonville.
Police responded to the call at 5:35 p.m. Sunday.
It is unknown if the man is armed.
Authorities confirm that all customers and staff have been safely removed from the gas station and the parking lot has been secured, reports KMBC.
Officers are asking the public to avoid the area as they are still in a standoff with the man.
