LAS VEGAS, NV. (THECOUNT) — A scary moment occurred Sunday night during a performance of Cirque du Soleil The Beatles LOVE show in Las Vegas after a performer apparently fell during his high-flying act.
Law enforcement sources say, a member of the cast was injured during the show at The Mirage and transported to a hospital. He is expected to survive.
The performer reportedly suffered non-life threatening injuries.
According to witnesses, a male LOVE performer was doing a rope stunt at a very great height when he lost control and fell. Those in the crowd described the incident as “shocking,” “just awful” and “traumatizing,” reports TMZ Monday morning.
Immediately after the fall, the show was canceled due to the medical situation and the audience was asked to depart the venue.
