HOUSTON, TX. (THECOUNT) — A man is dead after being accused of exposing himself at a Houston, TX, Whataburger, and then running onto Interstate 10 and being struck by an 18-wheeler Wednesday night.
Officers responded to an exposure call at an east Houston Whataburger where a suspect fled police and was fatally struck and killed on I-10 by a semi-tractor Wednesday night.
The deadly incident occurred at the Whataburger, located at, 1700 N Wayside Dr, in Houston, TX around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police said the suspect ran when they arrived at the scene. He ran into the mainlanes of I-10, crossing the eastbound sound to the westbound side, reports KHOU.
