Former AR Sheriff Kelley Cradduck Killed In Sunday Oklahoma Single-Vehicle Crash

BENTONVILLE, AR. (THECOUNT) — Kelley Cradduck, a former Bentonville, Arkansas Sheriff, was killed Sunday in a single-vehicle crash in Oklahoma, according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Cradduck, 49, was operating a vehicle on Oklahoma 82 in Mayes County when he died in a crash, according to Monday reports.

According to OHP, Cradduck was driving a Ford Ranger on OK-82 around 1:30 p.m. Sunday, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway.

The vehicle then struck a sign, several small trees and rolled over an undetermined number of times before coming to a rest.

Cradduck got out of the vehicle and walked 220 feet north on the other side of the highway where he was found deceased og blunt for trauma.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.

The weather was clear and the road was dry, according to the report.

Cradduck was elected to two terms as sheriff. He was sheriff from 2013 to 2016, according to NWAOnline.

He also demoted to a Rogers patrol sergeant where he served for several years.
