MALDEN, MO. (THECOUNT) — Jared R. Risinger, has been identified as the victim in a fatal early Monday morning crash near Malden, Missouri, according to
“J.R.” Risinger, 43, died after being involved in a single-vehicle crash in Dunklin County on Monday around 13:30 a.m.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the fatal crash occurred while Risinger was operating a Dodge Ram on County Road 118 in Dunklin County. For unknown reason, the pickup truck crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over.
Risinger was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
The victim, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the violent crash, reports KAIT.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
