BERKELEY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting that took the life of Jennings, Missouri man, Justin Jones, while he dined inside a Waffle House restaurant in Berkeley, Missouri early Tuesday.
St. Louis County police say, Jones, 26, was found suffering from gunshot injuries while inside the Berkeley Waffle House around 12:10 a.m. Tuesday.
According to officials, the gunfire came from outside, shattered a window and fatally struck Jones.
He was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
Police released no description of a suspect, reports HeraldStandard.
Anyone with possible information on the deadly incident should contact police at 911.
