AURORA, IL. (THECOUNT) — A mass shooting has occurred Sunday morning in Aurora, Illinois, according to reports.

At least one person was killed and five others injured in a Sunday morning shooting in the 700 block of 4th Street in Aurora, according to police. Aurora is a suburb of Chicago.

The incident happened on 4th Street, said an Aurora Police Department tweet.
