PERRY COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Newark, Ohio men, Richard A. Mosholder and Christian J. Forgery have been identified as the victims in a double-fatal crash in Perry County early Friday, according to reports.
Mosholder, 51, and Forgery, 19, were killed in a Perry County crash early Friday after midnight.
Troopers say, the pair were traveling in a Pontiac Solstice on OH-204, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then struck an embankment before coming to a rest after coming into contact with a grouping of trees around 12:30 a.m. Friday morning.
The driver, Mosholder, and his passenger, Forgery, were both pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
Troopers continue to investigate the crash.
