CLEVELAND, OH. (THECOUNT) — During the 3rd quarter of today’s Steelers-Browns game in Cleveland, safety Darmarious Randall was ejected following this dirty hit on Steelers WR Diontae Johnson which seemed to cause bleeding emanating from the side of the wide receiver’s face.

Johnson was carted from the field while hanging his head.
