WESTCHESTER, LOS ANGELES, CA. (THECOUNT) — Multiple lanes of the northbound 405 Freeway in Westchester were closed due to a fire on a tanker truck that was hauling 70,000 gallons of jet fuel.
The closure started shortly after 1:30 p.m. at La Cienega Boulevard Monday.
The fire appeared to be in the lower rear of the tanker where the tire axle is located, according to the Los Angeles City Fire Department, reports KABC.
