NORTH VERSAILLES, PA. (THECOUNT) — Sam Davis, the former Steelers player who won four Super Bowl rings with Pittsburgh, has gone missing while visiting a North Versailles Walmart, his family said Tuesday.
Davis, 75, went missing while residing at the New Life Personal Care home in McKeesport around 6 a.m., according to his family.
Davis’ family said the man has dementia, is legally blind and did not take his medication Tuesday morning.
McKeesport police said they believe Davis was last seen at the Walmart store in North Versailles, report WTAE.
Anyone who sees Davis or has information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.
Davis played on the offensive line for the Steelers teams that won Super Bowls IX, X, XIII and XIV.
