ODESSA, TX. (THECOUNT) — There are reports of possible active shooters – as many as two – in Odessa and Midland, Texas. Some videos and photos circulated on social media, and you can see them throughout this article.

CBS News is reporting that 30 people have been shot. “As of 5:05p EST today, per police: 10 victims shot in Midland 20 victims shot in Odessa,” wrote CBS correspondent Dave Begnaud on Twitter. He also wrote that a trooper was injured, reports Heavy.

Officials are warning the public as they respond to a reported active shooter in Odessa, Texas on Saturday.

According to the Department of Public Safety, the shooter is in all Gold Passenger car headed from Odessa to Midland.

Several people have been injured including police and civilians., reports NewsWest9.

DPS asks everyone to stay inside.

The University of Texas of the Permian Basin issued the following message:

S: Lock Down Lock down in place. Officers are looking for suspect in shooting in the are of UTPB Campus. LOCK DOWN NOW Reply with YES to confirm receipt.
