MILWAUKEE, WI. (THECOUNT) — Quanita L. Jackson has been identified as the victim in what police are calling a shooting homicide near Milwaukee Moody Park on Sunday, according to reports.
Jackson, 20, was fatally shot while in the 2200 block of West Burleigh Street around 8 p.m. Sunday near Moody Park.
The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating the fatal shooting.
Officials said Jackson was shot near 23rd and Burleigh, reports TMJ4.
Investigators are working to determine the circumstances behind the shooting.
Police do not have a suspect in custody.
