KANSAS CITY, KS. (THECOUNT) — Joshawn Garrett, of Kansas City, has been identified as the victim in a shooting in KCK’s Argentine neighborhood on Tuesday night.
Garrett, 17, was shot and killed Tuesday night while seated in a vehicle, along with an adult male, near Douglas Avenue and 51th Street, in KCK.
The shooting occurred just after 10 p.m. when Detectives said, the teen and a man, who was not identified, were both sitting in a vehicle when someone in another drove up alongside and opened fire.
No suspect information was immediately provided by officials, reports FOX4KC.
