Off-duty Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputy, Renard Spivey, who was also found suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg, was transported to an area hospital.

Patricia Ann Marshall Spivey was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.

Officers determined the deadly situation evolved from a domestic disturbance between the deputy and his wife.

Renard Spivey appeared on the TV reality show “Justice for All with Judge Cristina Perez” from 2012-2016.

He was later charged with her murder, court records show.

It was unclear what evidence led police to charge Spivey with his wife’s murder, reports Breaking911.
