CANADA. (THECOUNT) — Meet “drag queen” Nemis Quinn Mélançon-Golden, an 11-year-old trans seen on video showing others how to snort club drugs.
Mélançon-Golden, AKA, “Lactatia,” recently appeared in a video with an adult drag queen and mimicked snorting the drug Ketamine, a horse tranquilizer often used as a psychedelic hallucinogen.
