NORFOLK, VA. (THECOUNT) — The body of missing Virginia man, John E. Cash, was discovered floating in the Lafayette River in Norfolk on Tuesday.

Cash, 25, was identified as the body pulled from the Lafayette River in Norfolk on Tuesday, according to officials.

No foul play is suspected, reports WAVY.

Norfolk Police announced the sad news in a Wednesday morning press release.
