DANVILLE, IL. (THECOUNT) — An active shooter situation is unfolding at Danville Housing Authority Fair Oaks Wednesday.
Police at the scene of the unknown incident at Fair Oaks are asking people to avoid the area and “stay behind the trees.”
A possible active shooter could be in one of the buildings, reports WCIA.
Crime scene technicians are on the scene. Police responded about 2:30 pm, Wednesday.
