MUNCY TOWNSHIP, PA. (THECOUNT) — The Lycoming County coroner has identified Jill Greninger as the worker killed after falling into a meat grinder at a processing plant near Muncy.
Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr. said Greninger, 35, of the Williamsport area, was killed instantly in the 11:35 a.m. accident at Economy Locker Storage Co. in Pennsdale. He listed the cause of death as massive trauma, reports PennLive.
The grisly incident occurred at the company, located at 324 Worthington Ln, Muncy, in PA.
The coroner says the 35-year-old victim fell into the machinery around 11:30 a.m. Monday, reports WNEP.
