FRANKFORT, KY. (THECOUNT) — Phillip Hellard, of Frankfort, Kentucky, has been identified as the victim found deceased Friday night, according to officials.
Hellard, 45, was located unresponsive near Dollar General near the 700 block of Owenton Avenue in Frankfort on Friday night after 10:30 p.m.
Frankfort Police responded to the scene on reports of a deceased man on the ground.
Officials did not provide any information about possible cause of death, reports Lex18.
The investigation is ongoing.
