CARLSBAD, NM. (THECOUNT) — An Amber Alert has been issued for missing 7-year-old girl, Riley Anderson from Carlsbad.
According to New Mexico State Police, Anderson is believed to be with Luke Talley who is 25-years-old. Police believe Talley is driving a 2012 white Silverado displaying yellow license plate with New Mexico registration 608STF.
The last known location is on Rockin R. Road which five miles east from US Highway 285 between Carlsbad and Artesia, New Mexico. According to NMSP, he is possibly headed to Ruidoso or Cloudcroft.
At this time many details are still unknown and under investigation. However, the whereabouts of Riley Anderson is of urgent concern.
Riley Anderson is 3-foot-6 has short blonde hair and hazel eyes. It is unknown what Riley is wearing. Luke Talley is 6-foot-5, has blonde hair, blue eyes and tattoos on both arms, reports KREQ.
