ALBUQUERQUE, NM. (THECOUNT) — John Ford, the man who has been previously arrested for trespassing at the California home of reality star, Kendall Jenner, has been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at a New Mexico hotel.
According to the Associated Press, Ford had been arrested by authorities twice in Los Angeles. In October, 38-year-old Ford allegedly was caught by Jenner’s security after scaling a hill and entering Jenner’s gated community where he was seen by her pool. Ford allegedly fled before police arrived.
Not long after, Ford returned to the community, this time Los Angeles Police arrested him at Jenner’s front porch. Ford pleaded guilty to trespassing and was ordered to stay 1,000 feet from the gated community where Jenner lives, report KRQE.
Ford, who is a Canadian citizen, was arrested on Monday by ICE agents in New Mexico and is now being held in custody in El Paso, Texas. Ford entered the United States a year ago under a non-immigrant visa that allowed him to stay for six months.
