FRANCONIA, NH. (THECOUNT) — Jeremy Keiran has been identified as the skier killed Friday afternoon after colliding with another skier, Robert Slocum, on the slopes at a New Hampshire ski resort.
Keiran, 39, of Needham Heights, Massachusetts, was killed following a crash with fellow skier, Slocum, 48, of Newburyport, MA, while visiting Cannon Mountain Ski Resort in Franconia, N.H., according to New Hampshire State Police.
Slocum sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries in the collision and is expected to recover.
He was transported to the Littleton Regional Hospital, reported BostonGlobe on Saturday.
Keiran was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
