BALTIMORE, MD. (THECOUNT) — Alexandra Carroll, of Baltimore’s Federal Hill neighborhood, has been identified as the body pulled from the frigid waters off the Inner Harbor waterfront promenade Saturday.
The body of Carroll, 25, was recovered by search crews after the Baltimore woman was recently reported missing.
Officials say the victim apparently drowned off the Inner Harbor’s popular waterfront promenade.
Investigators say they do not suspect foul play.
Divers with the police department’s marine unit found Carroll’s body on Saturday after a roughly three-hour search. She apparently fell into the water near the Maryland Science Center, reported CBS.Local.
According to LinkedIn, Carroll worked as a registered nurse in the Cardiac Progressive Care unit at University of Maryland Medical Center.
She was a University of Delaware graduate, according to WJZ.
