PECULIAR, MO. (THECOUNT) — Cora Graham has been identified as the teen killed in a two-vehicle crash in Peculiar, Missouri, late Tuesday afternoon.
Graham, 19, died following a two-vehicle crash involving a semi-tractor Tuesday on Interstate 49 in Cass County.
Officials received a report of a crash just before 4 p.m. on southbound I-49 near J Highway in Peculiar, involving a pickup truck and a semi truck, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Upon arrival, the Highway Patrol says learned that the driver of a semi truck was stopped for traffic congestion from an earlier crash when Graham struck the the rear of the semi while operating a Ford pickup truck.
She was pronounced dead on the scene of multiple blunt force injuries.
A crash report noted Graham was wearing a seat belt.
The driver of the semi was not injured, reported fox4kc.
