ALPINE, TX. (THECOUNT) — Michael Alan Pate, of Alpine, Texas, has been identified as the victim found fatally shot in his residence Saturday.

Pate, 34, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds while in his South Cockrell Street residence Saturday around 8:43 a.m., according to the Alpine Police Department.

The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.

Police are searching for 42-year-old Robert Nin, who is considered armed and dangerous.

The murder reportedly took place in the 300 block of South Cockrell Street. The identity of the victim has not been released. source
