PHOENIX, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Jocelyn Casdorph, originally from Orlando, Florida, has been identified as the victim of an apparent murder-suicide in Phoenix, Arizona, on Monday.
Police say, Victor Issa, 47, shot and killed his ex-wife, 36-year-old Casdorph, before turning the gun on himself Monday in Phoenix.
Officers arrived at a residence located near 7th Avenue and Bell Road, to perform a requested welfare check on the occupant.
Officials say no one answered the door so they made forced entry into the dwelling.
After gaining entry to the home, police say they found two victims suffering from gunshot injuries.
Investigators say they believe Issa shot Casdorph and then turned the gun on himself. source

According to Facebook, Casdorph was an accomplished makeup artist/ face painter and body art specialist.
