ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ. (THECOUNT) — Louis Dougherty, of Williamstown, NJ, has been identified as the body found inside a burning vehicle near Hamilton Mall on Friday night.
Officers responded to a vehicle fire at approximately 5:58 p.m. on the 4400 block of the Black Horse Pike. Upon arrival, the body of Dougherty, 31, was found dead inside the charred vehicle.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say foul play is not suspected at this time but did not elaborate.
