TYLER, TX. (THECOUNT) — Jerome Jones has been identified as the suspect found suffering from at least one gunshot wound in Tyler, TX, Saturday.
The Smith County Sheriff’s Office say they are investigating a homicide Saturday after Jones, 49, was found mortally injured in the 2700 block of Old Gladewater Highway in Tyler, on Saturday.

Law enforcement said Jones did not live on Old Gladewater Hwy.
Crime scene investigators are still on the scene, according to the sheriff’s office. Tyler police are also on the scene. source
