CHATTANOOGA, TN. (THECOUNT) — Stephen Layton Moore has been identified as the victim in a fatal Sunday shooting in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Sunday morning.
Moore, 34, was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound in the 2500 block of East 5th Street just after midnight Sunday, according to Chattanooga police.
Moore was pronounced dead ta the scene of gunshot wounds.
