WASHINGTON, NC. (THECOUNT) — Williamston Police Department lieutenant, Anthony Bowen, of Washington, North Carolina, has passed away in Greenville on Tuesday after a short battle with cancer, colleagues announced Wednesday.
Bowen, 43, died at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville Tuesday. He had been battling cancer since early summer 2018, according to reports.
A beloved police lieutenant with the Williamston Police Department and Basic Law Enforcement Training Instructor at Pitt Community College passed away this week after a short battle with cancer. 43-year-old Lt.
