CHARLESTON, WV. (THECOUNT) — Brandon Means, of Charleston, West Virginia, has been identified as the pedestrian struck and killed Tuesday night.
Means, 29, was on foot near Piedmont Road and Dry Branch, in Charleston, WV, when he was hit by a vehicle Tuesday around 7 p.m., according to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. The vehicle then fled the scene.
Police say they are searching for the vehicle that they described as a 2008-2013 GMC Savana van with a missing passenger side mirror.
The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a deadly crash that killed a pedestrian Tuesday night in Charleston.
