YORK COUNTY, VA. (THECOUNT) — Alexander Michael Crosby, of Barhamsville, Virginia, has been arrested over the hit-and-run death of York County bicyclist Brian L. Utne.
Crosby, 25, was arrested around 10:18 p.m. Friday in connection with Oct. 25 York County hit-and-run that killed cyclist, Utne, who was run over on Lakeside Drive while riding his bicycle home.
York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office charged Crosby with involuntary manslaughter, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
He was transported to the Henrico Jail East.
