NEW CASTLE, DE. (THECOUNT) — A large police and F.B.I. presence have descended on a post office in New Castle County, Delaware, Thursday morning.
County police now say the FBI has taken over an investigation at the Quigley Boulevard post office that they were originally called to inspect.
