MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Daniel Outlaw has been identified as the Texas suspect killed in a grisly murder-suicide in Conroe, TX Thursday night.
Outlaw, 35, shot and killed himself after killing his ex-girlfriend’s best friend, Jennifer Lee, 29, in a murder-suicide at a residence located in the 1200 block of Winchester Drive, in Conroe, Montgomery County, TX, deputies say.
Officials say Outlaw shot the ex-girlfriend and her best friend during an altercation involving the trio.
The ex-girlfriend, whose name was not released, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
35-year-old Daniel Outlaw also shot his 28-year-old ex-girlfriend. She survived. Deputies received a call about shots fired in the 1200 block of Winchester Drive around 11:45 p.m. Thursday. When they arrived, they found three people lying in the middle of the street. The best friend, identified as 29-year-old Jennifer Lee, died. Outlaw then killed himself. source
The double-fatal shooting is under investigation.
