COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA. (THECOUNT) — Kenneth Still, 69, is in custody, booked for First Degree Murder, in connection with the death of Devon Theisen, 21, after surrendering to authorities around 11 a.m. Monday morning.
Authorities were called to an address on Park Avenue, just south of West Broadway in Council Bluffs shortly before 3 p.m. Sunday. They found Theisen on the front porch with a gunshot wound to the head.
Witnesses identified Still as the shooter. They said he took a shotgun from the residence and fired once, striking Theisen. source
Still fled the area.
Theisen was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
