NEW TOWN, ND. (THECOUNT) – David Wilcox, from San Tan Valley, AZ, and Taylor Denny, of Goodyear, AZ, have been identified as the victims killed in a Friday wreck In northwestern North Dakota.
Wilcox, 28, and Denny, 22, were killed Friday in a crash on a snow-covered highway in North Dakota.
NDHP says, Wilcox was operating a pickup truck in New Town, ND, when he lost control of the vehicle and collided with an 18-wheeler.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries consistent with the crash.
The Highway Patrol says 28-year-old David Wilcox, of Tempe, Arizona, was driving a pickup truck near New Town Friday morning that lost control on a curve and collided head-on with a semi. Wilcox and a passenger, 22-year-old Taylor Denny, of Phoenix, were pronounced dead at the scene. source
The driver of the semi, 63-year-old Douglas Landis, of Dagmar, Montana, was not injured and was not cited.
The crash remains under investigation.
