YORK, PA. (THECOUNT) — The York County Coroner has been called to the BAPS Motor Speedway in Newberry Township, PA, tonight for a reported fatality. THECOUNT.com has learned race car driver Greg Hodnett may have been the casualty.
Coroner Pam Gay said deputies from her office are responding to the speedway. She could not provide any other details at this time. She said she would not be releasing any names until the family has been notified.
The race track had a race tonight, “Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere” Night, according to its website.
