NEAR SPRINGFIELD, MO. (THECOUNT) — Jeremiah Luttrell, of Springfield, MO, has been identified as the victim found dead Tuesday evening by a passerby.
Luttrell, 26, was named as the victim found and reported lifeless by a person walking in the area. The Greene County Sheriff’s Department is now investigating the death.
Officers responded to a home in the 3200 block of South Clifton Avenue, Springfield, MO, Tuesday evening.
A person in that area found a man’s body.
The deceased man has been identified as 26 year old, Jeremiah W. Luttrell of Springfield. Luttrell was reported missing with the Springfield Police Department on September 4, 2018. source
Luttrell was pronounced dead at the scene.
A cause of death was not provided.
Investigators say this is an ongoing investigation, and an autopsy will be conducted.
