SC Man Keith Randall Moore ID’d As Victim In Saturday Fatal Head-On Seneca Crash

SENECA, SC. (THECOUNT) – Keith Randall Moore, of Seneca, SC, has been identified as the victim in an Oconee County crash Saturday night.

Moore, 52, was killed and another victim injured following a two-vehicle collision on Friendship Road near Martin Creek Rd, and Friendship Rd, in Seneca, around 11:25 p.m.

According to troopers, Moore was operating a Chevy pick-up truck traveling north on Friendship Road when, for an unknown reason, crossed center lines and struck a Chevy Tahoe head-on.

After the pick-up came to a rest Moore became entrapped in the vehicle.

He was pronounced dead at the scene from blunt force traumatic injuries consistent with the crash, the coroner said.

The driver of the Tahoe was entrapped in the vehicle and rescuers used the Jaws Of Life to extricate him. He was airlifted to Greenville Memorial Hospital.

His condition was not immediately made available.

Troopers noted in a crash reports that Moore was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.
