KNOX COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Daniel Downer Gavin, of Knoxville, TN, has been located deceased. A cause of death has not been provided.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office was asking for help locating the missing Knox County man. That search has now concluded with the discovery of a body, identified as, 60-year-old Gavin.
60-year-old Daniel Downer Gavin was last seen by his family on Wednesday, August 22nd around 8:30 a.m. at his home on Winding Way Road in West Knox County. Gavin is a white male, approximately 5’11 and 170 pounds. It is unknown what he was wearing when he left his home on Wednesday morning. source
