LAWRENCE COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Albert Denzil Berryman, of Russellville, has been identified as the victim killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday.
Berryman, 47, was operating a motorcycle when he crashed around 8:30 a.m. Sunday on Al-33 near CR-311 Sunday morning, according to state troopers.
While riding about three miles north of Moulton, Berryman lost control while trying to take a curve. source
He was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries as a result of the crash.
A crash reported noted that Berryman was wearing a helmet at the time of the wreck.
Speed was a major factor in the crash, officials said.
